Monday, September 1^st   Happy Labour Day

• 12^th Annual Artisans Festival at Kitty Coleman continues, 10am-4pm. 250-338-6901 
• The annual celebration of a ‘workingman’s holiday’ is celebrated every year at the Museum by firing up the Steam Donkey! As part of the festivities restored logging trucks will be on display and the Museum’s amazing Lego collection will be outdoors for anyone to play with; free coffee also available. Check out the Steam Donkey from 12pm-3pm.   
• Unity Picnic at Robert Ostler Park – fun activities for the whole family, 4pm-7pm and Potluck at 5:30pm (please bring your own blankets, chairs, plates, flatware and cups!); 250-203-7588 
• FREE Family Fun Labour Day Picnic at Halbe Hall in Black Creek, including food, a  bouncy castle, snow cones, cotton candy, face-painting, jugglers, music and more – Everyone Welcome!

• Join us down at Spirit Square for the 4^th Annual Volunteer Fair! Learn about opportunities to get involved in your community, 11am-3pm, with music, prizes, entertainment and a Salmon BBQ!

• CR Motocross Association presents the 2014 VIMX Fall Series, Race Round 1.
