Aboriginal Day and the First Day of Summer!

Welcome to the first day of Summer, and the beautiful sunshine that seems to have come with it! Many will be heading outside today to soak up as much sun as they can, and the Aboriginal Day celebrations are providing that perfect opportunity. Today, the First Nations, Metis, and Inuit people welcome the community to come join in the celebration of diversity and culture through a series of hosted events.
The opening ceremony will begin at 10am at the Spirit Square, followed by a parade down to the Lach-kwil-tach Nations Bighouse.
