Kokanee Winterfest: Celebrate Kokanee Winter Festival with half-price midweek full-day life tickets and Nordic trail passes at Mt. Washington. Watch for the Sasquatch! Kokanee specials in Fat Teddy’s all week long. Until January 13th.
TUESDAY January 10th
Women’s Day Escape ~ Mt. Washington: "Women Only" program taught and designed especially for women. Women of similar abilities are grouped into small classes to meet new friends and re-visit old ones as they improve their skiing and riding technique. After a morning of fun on the slopes, our pros will escort you to a delicious meal from our food and beverage staff. Alpine Women's Day Escape Package includes an all-day lift ticket, a women's only lesson from 10am to noon, and a delicious lunch from our Food and Beverage Crew. Please pre-register 24 hours prior as space is limited. For "day of" registration, please be at the Snow School desk by 9:30 am. www.mountwashington.ca.

Jam Session: Every Wednesday evening a group of musicians sit around and share music in and informal, relaxed setting. Everyone is welcome to come and join in or just sit and listen. At Serious Coffee in Willow Point from 6:30pm – 9:00pm.

Snowed in Comedy Tour: Starts at 7:30pm at the Tidemark Theatre. Four comedians join forces to go snowboarding during the day and do comedy shows at night. Tickets on sale now at the Tidemark Theatre for $35 each. For more information please call 250-287-PINK (7465).
FRIDAY January 13th
Storm Game: Bring the whole family out to cheer on the Campbell River Storm as they take on the Saanich Braves. Puck drops at 7:30pm sharp! Go Storm!

Avalanche Awareness Day: Mt. Washington Snow Patrol hosts Avalanche Awareness activities as part of the Canadian Avalanche Centre’s Avalanche Awareness Days. CARDA avalanche rescue dog at work, silent auction and more! At Mt. Washington from 11:00am – 2:00pm. This event is free.
Kokanee Winterfest Wrap Party with “Step Back Dave”: Step Back Dave visits Ted’s for one night only. At Fat Teddy’s Bar & Grill, $10 cover.
SUNDAY January 15th
